Heeeey. Let me know how I'm doing with Peter. His canon point is the end of his run (aka post-death).
App!
SPIDER-SENSE PERMISSIONS.
Nov. 2nd, 2013 12:18 amPeter Parker has a spider-sense! It only works if someone approaches him with ill-intent, and that means it's something dangerous. If someone wants to playfully smack him up the side of the head, it won't go off. If someone wants to playfully shove him, it won't go off. If your character is a giant bag of dicks and just is a giant bag of dicks at everyone because they mean harm? It will go off, even if the individual is not, at that moment, doing harm. (For instance, when the Chameleon is in the room and doing sketchy things, Peter's sense goes off, even if he's not specifically causing Peter harm.)
Basically, I need to know if this is okay! A case by case scenario is fine. If you don't want Peter to know your villain is a giant bag of dicks, we can just avoid having them meet. Or we can handwave it. I'm cool. Peter isn't going to be able to tell someone is evil or means harm over the network. That doesn't make sense.
What I need from everyone is this form below filled out (without the form filled out, I will always always always default to no spider-sense tingling):
orrrrr another one, to opt out of threading with Peter entirely, so I don't tag you and make things awkward for your plans! Obviously, without the above filled out, I wouldn't do anything with it, but this is just to help expedite matters.
On case by case scenarios (like fights and stuff), I'll contact people, since "generally means harm" is different from "I am angry in this situation but otherwise not a means harm type." But we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Nov. 2nd, 2013 12:10 amCHARACTER NAME: Peter Parker
CHARACTER SERIES: Ultimate Marvel (Earth-1610)
[OOC]
Backtagging: Always!
Threadhopping: Yup.
Fourthwalling: I am cool with it, but please respect other Marvel castmate wishes.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm not super comfy with plots involving rape. I'd like to approach these on a case by case scenario, if possible. (If it ever comes up.)
[IC]
Hugging this character: Sure, but he'll be awkward.
Kissing this character: Peter is used to people randomly kissing him. But I won't promise he'll take it well.
Flirting with this character: Go ahead, but his response may depend on his stage of acceptance of his life after death.
Fighting with this character: Peter is made to both verbally and physically spar with people. Come at him.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): This is cool, but let's discuss it first. I'm a fan of characters losing fights, but he is a superhero.
Killing this character: I'm okay with it, but let's discuss.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I will often put Peter's running monologue in comments! Do with that as you will.
Warnings: Nothing comes to mind.

minor notes and stuff so I won't forget.
Oct. 29th, 2013 10:26 pmtuchas—"pain in the tuchas," something that Bendis prefers to use instead of butt.
Peter prefers Crumbs cupcakes. (In 616, he makes a reference to enjoying Shake Shack, as well, so I'm headcanoning that 1610 Peter is just as fond. As he should be.)
Peter can't cook. He also seems to be completely terrible at doing laundry. (He is probably capable of doing both of these things if he put his mind to it, but Peter is spacey and absent-minded about stuff that might otherwise seem obvious.)
Peter likes school (even if he's kind of terrible at going these days), wishes he could have a grade higher than A (because he's so smart), and likes girls who are as smart as him (Gwen and MJ, 1610 Kitty doesn't seem to be genius level). He also reads different technical stuff for fun. That means he's well-aware of most of Tony Stark's research, and that probably goes for Reed Richards, as well. (It's implied, anyway.)
Peter died a virgin. Not a huge deal by any extent of the imagination. He likes making out, but he doesn't seem to prioritize sex terribly high what with his life being what it is.
Peter does things for the Daily Bugle but is not a photographer. Part of why he got the job, though, is because he needed money and showed up with photographs of himself. While there, Betty was having difficulty with the website and he stepped in and helped. He does web design and data entry. Aside from working this job, he worked at the burger place.
Peter's costume came from the wrestling place. He added the webs himself. Subsequent costumes came from MJ.
Peter's dating history is MJ (she broke up with him after the whole bridge thing got bad), then Kitty (they dated in the annual and she convinced him because she could protect herself), then MJ (after he cheated on Kitty with her), then Gwen (she claims she "forced him into a relationship," they broke up after the chameleon thing), then MJ (he showed up at her house after the whole key fiasco and then they sorta hooked back up). Peter also kissed Felicia Hardy.
Johnny and Bobby posed as his cousins.
